Our goal is simple: to give teens and families the tools and support they need to thrive. Designed for teens who need more support than weekly therapy but do not require hospitalization. Parents and caregivers receive their own skills coaching and training. At DBTeens, we believe lasting growth happens through consistent daily practice. By offering structured, engaging sessions throughout the week, teens and families can learn and apply DBT skills every day, build emotional awareness and resilience, strengthen family communication and connection, and create lasting positive change.

Our program helps teens:

  • Recognize and manage emotions and moods.
  • Cope with distress and reduce unsafe urges or behaviors.
  • Communicate more effectively and navigate relationships.
  • Develop mindfulness and self-awareness skills.

Our program helps parents/caregivers:

  • Understand and support their teen’s emotional needs.
  • Apply DBT skills at home to respond effectively to challenges.
  • Strengthen family communication and problem-solving.
