DBTeens NH – Schedule Information Call
After you choose your date and time for an Information Call you will be asked a series of questions. Only some are required (your name, email address, phone, relationship to client). You must complete at least the required questions before the appointment will be made and confirmed. There is also a field that says “Please share anything that will help prepare for our meeting.” In this field please feel free to ask any questions you may want answered during the Information Call, but it is not necessary to fill out.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, check your Junk/SPAM folders. If you still have not received a confirmation email make sure that you completed the necessary questions on the form after you choose your date/time.
