Hi! We look forward to speaking with you about DBTeens. You can choose any of the three options below. Please know that we are currently working with youth ages 12-20 years of age. For youth 18-26 they could alternately participate in our Young Adult program DBTwenties.
Please be aware that due to state licensure laws the teens must be in the states of New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts or Vermont when they are receiving our services.
Insurance Information
The information below can change from month to month, please check back for the most recent information.
Out of Network: If you have out-of-network benefits, we will bill your insurance for you. In many cases your out-of-pocket cost per day is roughly equivalent to a co-pay.
In Network: We are in-network with Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield and Martin’s Point.
Single Case Agreement: If you wish to pursue a “single case agreement” with your insurance, please let us know. As there are limited DBT resources in New England, many insurers are willing to cover this service if it is recommended and deemed appropriate for your child’s needs.
We have successfully had single case agreements with the following plans: Cigna/Evernorth, HPI, Harvard Pilgrim, NH Healthy Families, Tufts, and Tricare.
We are unable to work with the following plans: United Behavioral, United Healthcare, Aetna, Wellsense, and Medicaid.

Live Zoom Session
Join one of our Program Directors, on Mondays at 12:00 PM and Fridays at 9:00 AM. They will answer you questions and get your program admission started.
